About our Newsletter
Who we are
The Nimble Investors is managed by a small group of seasoned investors and position traders who manage investments using both fundamental and technical approaches with strong risk management guidelines.
We look for twin momentum: fundamental momentum and prince momentum.
We have a global and holistic approach to investing and trading (execution). Our portfolio will have no more than 20 names as we believe we should focus only on the best opportunities available.
- We have a top-down approach to expressing a view with expertise in macro trading and investing in institutional settings.
- We look at companies with strong fundamentals and growth potential.
- We use sentiment-based indicators and a technical approach to buying and selling.
- Risk management is key and the most important aspect of investing.
Investment Philosophy
Fundamentals
We look for long-term fundamental ideas ideally exhibiting strong FCF, earnings, and revenue growth. We call this fundamental momentum.
Technicals
We take advantage of the long, medium, and short-term moves that play out in various markets. We do not go against the trend. We call this price momentum.
Risk Management
Risk management is our top priority. Preserving capital, minimizing losses, and knowing when your investment thesis changes are the key to success in investing.
Minimizing downside risk while maximizing the upside is the key to success.
Stay nimble, be flexible, if the thesis changes, so should your position.

BE NIMBLE
Stay liquid. Be Flexible.
Markets are either trending or range-bound.
When trending, we keep our positions as long as the trend is not broken. When broken, we sell. When range-bound, we are investing and trading differently. In all cases, we are flexible and nimble.
Market Updates
We publish market commentary multiple times a week
There is a lot to cover and we are here continuously analyzing markets

Portfolios and Investments
We are constantly evaluating our portfolios. We add, trim or initiate new positions.
We manage our portfolio like a hedge fund.
We see opportunities, we take them. We are patient as well and will wait to get in at a reasonable price.
